Search By Location
Searching for a new home has never been easier! Front and center on our site is our intuitive search bar, which allows you to search by address, street, subdivision, city, county, building name or zip code.
Looking for properties in multiple locations? No problem! Each area searched in the Search Bar will be added to your list of search filters.
Customize Your Search With Filters
What's on your Wish List for your new home? Our filters allow you to fine-tune your search to locate exactly what you're looking for. Filter by Price, Beds, Baths, and more!
Click the 'More' button to expand the filter criteria to include things like listing statuses and types, upcoming open houses, and recent price changes, as well as must-haves amenities like a pool, waterfront, garage, etc. You can also include square footage, year-built ranges and HOA fees. Looking for a specific school district? You can add that too!
Once you've selected all of your search criteria, you can easily view and remove your filters as desired:
- Location filters are conveniently accessible within the location search bar.
- All other filters are accessible under the Filters dropdown menu.
Sort Your Search Results
Sort listings in the search results by newest, price, price changes, bedrooms, baths, or square footage.
Search Multiple or Specific Locations
Not sure specifically where you want to live? No problem! You can easily search multiple locations:

You can add multiple locations using the search bar:
Draw Tool
You can also use the 'Draw' tool on the map to draw the area(s) on the map you want to search.
Click the 'Draw' button in the upper left corner to draw whatever shape around the area you'd like to focus your search on. Be sure to double click where you started your drawing to complete it.
To delete the shape, simply click the 'Delete" button in the upper left corner.
Remove Search Filters
If you got a little click-happy with choosing your filters, you can easily review and remove the ones you don't want. Select the 'Filter(s)' dropdown to view all active filters and click on the "x" next to the particular filter(s) you want to remove, or "Clear All."
View a Listing's Details
After searching, when you find a listing you'd like to view more details on, you can do that in two different ways:
- Click on that listing's point (price marker) on the map. On your computer, that will automatically open the details page for that listing. If you are searching on a mobile device, clicking on the listing point on the map will display a pop-up summary and photo for that listing. Click on the pop-up to open its details page.
- Click on the listing you wish to view in the search results list.
