Our listing detail pages contain tons of great details and insights on properties! We always show the most important information up-front, so you can quickly see if it's the right one for you!
You can also quickly see the property's recent activity and any upcoming Open Houses, as well as check out a Virtual Tour of the home!
Property Status
The property status can be found in two places on the listing detail page:
- It can be found at the top of the listing details page.
- It can also be found within the listing details summary in the grey box.
Active (Green): is when a home is currently for sale.
Active Under Contract (Orange): is when an offer has been accepted to purchase a home, but the listing is still on the market. This is generally due to certain contract contingencies not yet being met and/or the seller accepting backup offers.
Pending (Red): is when a home is set to close, and all contingencies have been satisfied or waived.
Coming Soon (Blue): properties are homes that are not yet officially for sale but are expected to be listed for sale within 21 days.

Photos
Click through listing photos one by one using the arrows located at the bottom-right corner of the main listing image, or select the 'View all Photos' option to easily and quickly swipe through all photos available for that listing.
Want to view a photo up close? No problem! Simply click on the photo to enlarge it.
Virtual Tours
Tour the property from the comfort of your computer or phone with just one click! When available, this feature may be accessed by clicking on the 'Take a Tour' button. The tour will open in a new tab. Enjoy!
Upcoming Open Houses
Under the photos, users will be able to easily see if there's an upcoming open house and when.
View a Quick Summary
A brief summary of each listing can be found in the grey box on its details page. This includes a quick summary of key information about the property, from the number of bathrooms to its square footage, county, HOA fees, and more! Information availability may differ between listings depending on what has been made available from the source.
Quickly See Nearby Listings
Scroll down the listings page to quickly see available "Nearby Listings". Click on them to view their details, or favorite them by clicking on the heart icon in the upper left corner of the main photo, for viewing later!
Key Community Insights
Additional community information is included as well! Users can view things like population, household sizes and incomes, education levels, employment, and commute insights. All information is based on the zip code of the property.
Save a Listing
See a listing you like and want to save it for viewing later? No problem!
When you see a home you like, click the 'heart' icon to save that listing to your profile. This heart icon can be found in two places:
1. On the listing's image in the search results list.
2. At the top of the listing's details page.
