Client information remains hidden until the parties involved sign the referral agreement.
The client’s information will remain hidden on the signed document. This ensures that the Originating agent’s client information remains confidential and protected until the agreement has been signed by all parties.
Once the agreement has been signed there are a few places you can find this information. These include:
- The referral detail page on Agent Portal for that specific referral.
- An email sent to both agents with the subject line “Referral Agreement (####) Client Contact Information”. The referral ID number for that specific referral will be shown in place of “(####)” in the email subject line.
Once fully signed, brokers included, the referral agreement can also be downloaded from Agent Portal as a PDF. This will include a client information page pre-pended to the form that was signed on Dropbox.
