Yes, this new and official eXp Agent-to-Agent Referral Tool is accessible and for use by eXp agents for internal (eXp agent to eXp agent) referrals.
This is just one part of a much larger and more streamlined internal referral process we are creating to help eXp agents quickly find the right eXp agent for their referral, sign an agreement, effortlessly track its progress from start to finish, and GET PAID the agreed upon percent. More to come!
Can I refer to agents outside of eXp?
At this time, this tool is available to eXp Realty agents for internal referrals with other eXp agents.

Can eXp Referral Agents use the referral tool?
eXp Referral agents can access the referral tool to refer. They, however, are not eligible to receive a referral and do not show up in the integrated agent search.
